No words could ever express how GRATEFUL my husband and I are for the excellent customer service we received from RVS. From the first phone call to Josh with his willingness to answer all of my questions, to turning me over to you Danielle who tirelessly got bombarded with my calls and texts, to their driver Jay who took the time to go through our motor home and final paperwork for a smooth transaction, I am forever THANKFUL!!!! RVS and its employees deserve all the praise for running such a wonderful company. They are the most caring and professional people we have ever dealt with. I say this because we will celebrate 50 years of camping this fall and have never come across an RV company so committed to customer satisfaction. They deserve a 10 star rating.
