Let me start by saying that 5 Stars is NOT enough to define the experience we had selling our "Gently Used" RV in 2 days from the initial contact. I checked the Google Reviews for your organization and saw a 4.7 with 184 reviews - Good Stuff

Let's start with our first contact "BobbyLee" - A good ole boy - who was able to agree to a price we could live with and he told me I would be hearing from Danielle soon.

As it turned out "soon" was about 5 minutes and she got the ball rolling by stating the driver would leave the next day to arrive in Atlantic City, NJ where I picked him up. Later in the day a crisis arose where someone in South Carolina entered the mileage incorrectly to show 58,000 (+/-) miles instead of 5604. She quickly got that issue resolved and the process continued. Danielle is a Keeper!

Then Kevin Keene arrived and performed a meticulous walk-through of the unit and I showed him various components including the generator which was recently serviced by a Cummins dealer in Buffalo NY "under warranty" to replace the inverter and change the oil. We did all the paperwork and Kevin accompanied us to our bank to ensure the check was valid.

What can I say but "Well Done"

I must say I was a bit nervous at first but in the end the
transaction went very smoothly and all people involved from Bobby to
yourself to Rich who came out to inspect and take away our unit were
honest and a pleasure to work with. There was no haggling or snags at
all in the entire process. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Within 20 minutes of my filling out forms on the internet stating that I was interested in selling my RV, I received a call and negotiated a sale for a reasonable price. Within a few more minutes, I received a call from closing agents who asked for the necessary information to complete paperwork for the sale. Two days later, a driver flew into my hometown, took an Uber to my home, presented me with the necessary paperwork, and waited with me for less than a half hour until my bank confirmed receipt of a wire transfer, after which I signed title to the RV, allowing the driver to proceed on his way with the RV. All of the people with whom I dealt were professional. I cannot imagine the transaction being any better.
