Let me start by saying that 5 Stars is NOT enough to define the experience we had selling our “Gently Used” RV in 2 days from the initial contact. I checked the Google Reviews for your organization and saw a 4.7 with 184 reviews – Good Stuff
Let’s start with our first contact “BobbyLee” – A good ole boy – who was able to agree to a price we could live with and he told me I would be hearing from Danielle soon.
As it turned out “soon” was about 5 minutes and she got the ball rolling by stating the driver would leave the next day to arrive in Atlantic City, NJ where I picked him up. Later in the day a crisis arose where someone in South Carolina entered the mileage incorrectly to show 58,000 (+/-) miles instead of 5604. She quickly got that issue resolved and the process continued. Danielle is a Keeper!
Then Kevin Keene arrived and performed a meticulous walk-through of the unit and I showed him various components including the generator which was recently serviced by a Cummins dealer in Buffalo NY “under warranty” to replace the inverter and change the oil. We did all the paperwork and Kevin accompanied us to our bank to ensure the check was valid.
What can I say but “Well Done”
