RV SELECT deserves no less than 10 stars! They went 100% above and beyond. After an absolutely miserable experience at Lazy Days RV, I personally brought my DP (Diesel Pusher) to RV Select as I am an old dog who likes to meet the people I am working with, and do deals face to face. From the start of phone conversations, our representative, Matt, not only was kind and accommodating, he also did something none of his competitors did. He FOLLOWED UP and stayed in touch with me. In a world where customer service is becoming the next extinction, this was a welcomed treat. Additionally, Jared (co-owner) got involved and explained how their business model is different and won me over. After we agreed to terms over the phone, the follow up by Danielle and the rest of the staff was unparalleled. When I arrived with my DP, I was immediately greeted by Danielle and Jared. Jared briefly reviewed my DP, and Danielle proceeded with fully prepared (in advance) paperwork, making the transaction seamless and fast, with wire payment on the spot. My final engagement was with Jerry (other half co-owner), who was so kind, so chatty, and just a joy to be with. To top it all off, Jerry insisted on driving me to the airport himself, rather than me finding an Uber. All the facilities at RV Select were next to brand new and everything is done first rate. NO DISAPPOINTMENTS. I do not write many reviews but I could not wait to sit down to write this one. I will definitely go back for future needs. Brilliant work everyone!
