My wife, Jen, and I recently purchased our first Class A motorhome from RV Select, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We were complete newcomers to the RV world — we had never even stepped inside, much less driven, a Class A motorhome before. Needless to say, the whole process was a little intimidating. From our very first conversation to getting the coach home and taking our first trip, the entire RV Select team made us feel comfortable, informed, and confident in our decision.
I initially contacted Christian Clouse about a specific motorhome we were interested in, and he was extremely responsive from the very beginning. He was able to secure the coach for us and was always available to answer questions throughout the process. More importantly, we never felt pressured. Bradley in Finance was equally impressive. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood the financial and paperwork side of the transaction. As first-time motorhome buyers, we had plenty of questions, and Bradley was incredibly patient. We especially appreciated that he never pressured us into purchasing additional warranties or services that he didn’t feel were necessary. That said, Jen and I did decide to purchase a few additional coverages, given that this is our first experience owning and maintaining a Class A diesel pusher. We appreciated having the information and options presented to us without feeling pressured to make a decision. That level of honesty and transparency says a lot about both Bradley and RV Select.
Mike was a huge help during our test drive. Driving a 40-foot diesel pusher for the first time can be pretty intimidating, but Mike took the time to explain what we needed to know and made us feel comfortable behind the wheel. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed about being inexperienced.
Then there was Doyle, who was outstanding during our full walkthrough of the coach. His attention to detail and willingness to explain how everything worked was invaluable. In fact, the information Doyle gave us during the walkthrough helped us troubleshoot a few hiccups we encountered on our drive back to the Florida Panhandle and during our first stay at a local RV resort. When we eventually called because we couldn’t figure out how to retract the leveling jacks, Doyle was gracious enough to take our call and help us work through it — only for us to discover that, of course, it was user error!
That kind of support is what really stands out about RV Select. They didn’t just help us purchase a motorhome; they helped us become RV owners.
From Christian and Bradley to Mike and Doyle, everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. There was never any sense of the typical high-pressure dealership experience. Instead, we felt like we were dealing with people who wanted us to have a good experience and be happy with our purchase.
For anyone considering purchasing an RV — especially someone new to the RV lifestyle — I would highly recommend giving RV Select a call. Our first experience with RVing could have been overwhelming, but thanks to the people at RV Select, it has been exciting and enjoyable instead.
